Sales Executive
Job responsibilities
- Prospecting and lead generation: You will identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach out to them. This will include cold-calling, email outreach, and attending industry events.
- Sales presentations and product demonstrations: You will conduct presentations and demonstrations of our products and services to potential clients. This will involve developing an in-depth understanding of the technical aspects of our products and services.
- Relationship building: You will build strong relationships with clients and act as their main point of contact. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Sales forecasting and reporting: You will be responsible for forecasting sales targets and reporting on your progress towards these targets. You will work closely with the marketing and product development teams to ensure that our products and services are meeting the needs of our clients and are competitive in the marketplace.
- Customer service: You will provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond. You will be responsible for resolving any issues that arise and ensuring that clients are satisfied with our products and services.
Required qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field: You should have a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience: You should have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the automation industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Technical knowledge: You should have a strong technical background and be able to quickly learn about new products and services in the automation industry. You should also have an in-depth understanding of the latest trends and developments in automation technology.
- Excellent communication skills: You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Negotiation skills: You should have strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Self-motivated: You should be self-motivated.
Service Engineer
Job responsibilities
- Technical support: You will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for our products and systems. This will involve working with clients to identify and resolve technical issues and providing on-site support as required.
- Installation and commissioning: You will be responsible for installing and commissioning our products and systems at client sites. This will involve working closely with clients to ensure that installations are completed on time and to their satisfaction.
- Documentation: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation related to our products and systems. This will include documenting installation and maintenance procedures, preparing service reports, and tracking inventory.
- Customer service: You will provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the service process and beyond. You will be responsible for resolving any issues that arise and ensuring that clients are satisfied with our products and services.
Required qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering: You should have a bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or a related engineering field.
- Technical knowledge: You should have a strong technical background and be able to quickly learn about new products and systems in the automation industry. You should also have an in-depth understanding of the latest trends and developments in automation technology.
